As a manufacturer, we have no products in stock and will only start to make any items when the the customer places their order and have made a payment to us.
Delivery time normally takes 1- 4 weeks, depending on the quantity of order.
Delivery time does not include the time needed for transporting the goods to the customer's destination by courier service
A 100% down payment would be needed for orders that are less than 1500 EURO, any purchase over 1500 EURO we will require a down payment of 50% before production and the remaining balance before shipment. Please note that any delay in payment will result in delay in shipment.

1. K&V Jewel will ship your order to almost any country in the world, but please be aware that some countries may have laws which preclude certain products from being imported. K&V Jewel cannot take responsibility for the delivery of orders due to local import regulations in other countries. This has not been an issue for K&V Jewel customers yet, but we must advise that there is the potential, and encourage you to check your local regulations.
2. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once your package reaches your country. K&V Jewel does not collect duties or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, you might be presented with an invoice which you are responsible for. Exchange / Refund Policy
Please note that all goods are checked in order and in good condition.Our sales are final and goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable . We ship all our items with care. All fragile items are protected by bubble wraps. We may require you to provide us a clearly taken photograph of the damaged item and will only exchange your order if it has arrived in a bad state. Example, broken, you can exchange for another item of similar or higher value. You only need to top up the difference. Otherwise we will not exchange your order for any other reasons.
The request for returns must be made within 3 days from the date your purchases have been delivered. The merchandise must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with their original tags still attached if applicable. Please note that shipping & handling charges are not refundable and any further charges incurred upon the return of merchandise will be borne by the customer.
