Q: I would like to design my own rhinestone jewelry, Do you provide custom made services?
A: Yes we provide high quality costume jewelry custom made service for tiaras, crowns, jewelry sets etc. You will need to provide us with a clear picture of the jewelry design together with the measurements. We require a minimum of 24 pcs, ( otherwise we will keep you inform of the required quantity ) time of delivery would need approx 7- 15 days.
Q: Are the sizes of your jewelry based on an exact measurement ?
A : Please take note that as a manufacturer, we tend to have alot of jewelry collection, all the measurements stated are based on an estimated basis only . The final product should be approx. ard the estimated measurement as stated.
Q: Do you sell samples?
A: As a manufacturer, we do not sell samples and we have a strict quality control system to ensure all our products have met our requirements before they are shipped to our customers.
Q: Can I request the minimum quantity tobe shared over more than one style?
A: Our minimum quantity for each style is specific for that style only, we do not accept any mixture of styles.
Q: What is the minimum quantity? Do you have any further minimum orders?
A : No we do not have a minimum order requirement. However, we do require a minimum order quantity of 24pcs/ item * Unless specifically indicated on each product category.
Q: Why is there a "The price is for MOQ 24 Pcs/Item." under each item?
A: This simply means a customer will have to meet our minimum order quantity of 24 pcs / item inorder to get the prices indicated on the product list.
Q: I managed to enter only 2pcs in the quantity box and it seems that your website has allowed me to pass thru the check out stage. Does that means i'm eligible to get the items i want with the low price that was stated?
A: Please take note that any order that is less than our company's stated MOQ will not be entertained nor accepted.
Q: Is it cheaper if I purchase from a manufacturer? Wouldn’t it be cheaper to purchase from a wholesaler or trading companies?
A: It is definitely cheaper to purchase from a manufacturer since a manufacturer is the one who is responsible for the mass production and distribution of costume jewelry. You do not have to bypass a middle person and hence you can have more savings! Our MOQ is lower than most factories, you end up paying LESS for each items and reap higher profits !
Q: How do you charge for the courier delivery? Do you collect tax ?
A: No we do not collect any tax however customers are responsible for their country’s custom tax and duties. The courier cost is not determined by us, however we have special rates for all of our customers and we’ll do our best the source for a lowest courier for you .
Q: Will i get to see the price in USD?
A : Yes , all members of K&V Jewel will have the option to choose price in either EURO or USD .
